Certificate serial number with instructions. It acts very similar to a gift certificate. The email
will give you a certificate serial number. You will apply that number when you
check out and the amount you have on your Macoy Money Certificate certificate will be deducted from your total order.
3) When
will I get my Macoy Money Certificate?
You’ll get your Macoy Money Certificate via email within 48 hours of your purchase. Make sure to save this email, since you won’t be sent another email containing your Macoy Money Certificate unique serial number. (Your Macoy Money Certificate Certificate isn’t accessible via the reminder emails that follow the initial Macoy Money Certificate earned email.)
4) Why didn't I receive my Macoy Money Certificate.

your Macoy Money Certificate at macoy.com: At checkout, select Gift Certificate as payment method and enter the 16-digit Macoy Money Certificate serial number, and the value of your Macoy
Money Certificate will be deducted from your order total.
6) Can I make a return if I used my Macoy Money certificate?
Yes, call us at 800-637-4640 and we'll help you. We will deduct the amount of the Macoy Money certificate from the order and either return the portion you paid or exchange it in the same manner.
7) Can I use my expired Macoy Money Certificate.
We’re sorry, Macoy Money certificate can only be used during the redemption dates for the promotion on which it was earned. It can’t be used before or after the redemption period stated in your email.
