Beyerle, Francois Louis de. Author of Essay on the essential and fundamental purpose of Freemasonry, and also an article on the Masonic Congress at Wilhelmsbad of 1782 (see CONVENTIONS AND CON­GRESSES, MASONIC) and other works. He was promi­nent in the Strict Observance (q.v.) and a member of the French Constitutional Convention of 1792.
