A Legacy of Leadership: The History of Robert Macoy

Our founder, Robert Macoy, was a pioneer in the world of Freemasonry. A 33rd-degree Mason, he served as Past Grand Secretary and Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of New York, Grand Recorder of the Grand Commandery of New York, and founder of the Chapter system of the Order of the Eastern Star. He authored several Masonic books that remain influential today.

Throughout our 177-year history, Macoy has prioritized tradition, heritage, and authenticity. Our goal is to provide the finest Masonic regalia to Freemasons worldwide. Many of our craftsmen and designers have been with Macoy for over 30 years.
