I couldn't put this book down and read it through twice. In a quickly changing age, we are still facing problems which plagued our fraternity nearly 60 years ago. This book serves as a solid guide for any lodge looking to appeal to the millenial generation. It is backed by research and statistics which help make presenting a new plan to your lodge easy. Pick up a copy, you won't regret it.
Great guide book - Ignore at your own peril
Our Lodge was already addressing many of the concepts contained in this book. However, this serves as an excellent tool for overcoming objections based largely on ignorance and fear by providing context, real-world examples, actionable items, and measurable goals. Sadly, based on extensive discussions with Masonic leaders outside our Lodge, far too many will fail to take action and seize the opportunity they have been presented. If you truly embrace the ideas contained within this book, take the requisite action (which may no doubt require drastic change), and commit to them long-term you will see positive results. Final note: Does anyone else find it more than a bit ironic that a book focused on Millennials is not available in digital form?
