Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days from the date you receive it for exchange or refund. If exchange is requested, please add applicable shipping charges. We regret we cannot allow returns or offer refunds on custom made or personalized items, but we will make every effort to make them right. Please return the mechandise along with a letter or note indicating invoice number, invoice date, customer number, reason for return and/or what adjustments you would like.
