OK, I admit that this statue took a little while to grow on me.  It's larger than advertised (9 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 11 1/4) and it's a bit darker than it appears in the catalog and online.  But it's beautiful.  Be prepared - it takes a good 4 weeks to arrive, but the wait was worth it.  It lost a star because the sickle is wide enough to be a hammer, and the pole looks like it was hastily cut at the last minute (both ends are ragged).  And I wish the steps were a little higher so that one could attach an engraving plate.  But don't let those small quibbles discourage you from purchasing this for your home (where mine is, a memorial to my recently-deceased father) or your lodge.
